Job summary

The Outreach Registered Nurse will be stationed in an all-men’s club to provide STI testing, distribute condoms and marketing materials, and sustain connections with Central Outreach Wellness Center clinics. The role requires applying the nursing process to assess and plan patient care, educate on HCV, HIV and STI treatment, and coordinate results.

You will support clinicians, perform phlebotomy, maintain HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with marketing to ensure supplies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Experience with harm reduction and STI/HIV care is preferred.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and handle specimens per protocol.
• Strong communication with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect patient health history and document information.
• Counsel and educate patients on HCV, HIV, STI care, MAT and Narcan training.
