Job summary

The Manager of Outreach Programs at Bronx Children’s Museum leads the execution and expansion of the Museum’s school and community outreach. You will supervise educators delivering off-site programs, build implementation plans, and coordinate logistics with schools and partners to ensure high-quality experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Education & Programs, you’ll translate concepts into on-the-ground delivery, manage day-to-day operations, and escalate program changes as needed to support the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, elementary education, education, child development, museum education or related field.
• 10+ years in museum education, school programming or related nonprofit education.
• Experience supervising staff or complex programs.
• Strong project management across calendars, partners, and deadlines.
• Experience collecting program data and supporting grant reporting.
• Familiarity with Bronx communities, NYC schools, and DOE structures preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
