Atlantic Group is seeking an Outreach Program Coordinator (LMSW) to lead field-based outreach efforts in Queens, NY, supporting housing-focused, trauma-informed services for individuals experiencing homelessness.

The role supervises field staff, coordinates crisis response and referrals, ensures compliant documentation, and partners with community agencies to maintain continuous outreach coverage. A Master's in Social Work and LMSW license are required, with 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Active LMSW license and a valid New York driver's license are required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of homelessness services, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and housing-focused service models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Supervise outreach staff, provide ongoing coaching, and oversee daily field operations.
• Staff Scheduling: Develop team schedules, coordinate field coverage, and manage staffing needs to maintain continuous outreach services.
• Community Outreach: Guide outreach efforts, assess client needs, and connect to housing, behavioral health, and community resources.
• Crisis Response: Provide leadership during emergencies, support crisis intervention efforts, and assist with complex client cases in the field.
• Compliance & Documentation: Monitor program documentation, reporting, and operational performance to ensure compliance with standards.
