Park Nicollet seeks a Laboratory Assistant, Outreach Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory Services team. You will perform specimen collection, phlebotomy, and front-line patient service, while coordinating with hospital staff and dispatching specimens as needed.

This role requires strong customer service, independent work, and good organizational skills to manage time-sensitive requests and ensure accurate processing and delivery of samples.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license; may drive personal car occasionally.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles for patient safety.
• Strong organizational skills to meet time-sensitive requests and changes on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection and phlebotomy for patients and clients.
• Provide client service at reception and coordinate scheduling, billing, and paperwork as needed.
• Deliver specimens to appropriate laboratory or department and ensure proper workflow.
