We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and passionate relationship builder to join our Lancaster County PA team as an Outreach Liaison.

As our Outreach Liaison, you'll get out into the Lancaster County community, meet people, open doors, build partnerships, and connect people to services that can truly change lives.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior services, businesses, and referral partners
• Get out in the community to network, attend events, and create new connections
• Develop referral and partnership opportunities
