Job summary

Amoroso Wellness at York is seeking a community liaison to drive occupancy through local outreach, outside sales, and relationship building with clients and community groups.

You will coordinate marketing visits, support move-in processes, manage social media, and track activities in a CRM while reporting to leadership. This is a part-time, in-person role based in York, PA with relocation before starting work and a background check required.

Sales and Marketing is responsible for increasing occupancy, through both inside and outside sales and by developing positive and lasting relationships within the local community & surrounding areas. This position is fast-paced offering variety and mobility. The community liaison will coordinate marketing visits to the community; aspects of the move-in process; participate in various community activities, organizations, and professional groups to make our community the residence of choice in the area. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn new things and challenge yourself. We are looking for a go-getter who thinks outside the box!

Responsibilities

• Previous experience with Senior Living Community Sales & Marketing (preferred but required)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter, proven track record of success in closing sales
• An enthusiastic, flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work-related situations
