RESPONSIBILITIES

• Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline from lead to active service.
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases and serve as liaison between field staff and headquarters.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations.
• Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metrics.

SKILLS

• Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results.
• Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus.
