Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma in Carnegie, OK is seeking an Outreach Coordinator for the SSVF program to connect homeless Veterans with housing and services. You will conduct street and agency outreach, coordinate rapid rehousing and transitional support, and be the program's expert on local veteran outreach.
You will work closely with the Case Manager, deliver resources, assist with eligibility, and help coordinate outreach events.

This staff member will be the SSVF program's expert on local homeless outreach and engagement, rapid rehousing, and transitional supportive services.
