Job summary

University Health System in San Antonio seeks a Communications & Outreach Coordinator to assist in developing and coordinating communications and promotions for grant programs within the Department of Community Initiatives and Population Health.

The role acts as a liaison between the Health System and community agencies to implement marketing and public relations initiatives, and leads community outreach and outreach events for health promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public health or related field preferred.
• Four years’ experience in community outreach, event planning/coordination, and/or marketing preferred.
