Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS or related field with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate routine reporting.
• Experience using data, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends and support recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance through scorecards, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Monitor workforce metrics and identify performance trends and risks.
• Create reports and dashboards that support operational priorities.
• Recommend actions that improve delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve delivery challenges.
• Support operational planning through data-based insights and reporting.
• Improve processes that increase consistency and reduce operational delays.
