Olympic Medical Center is seeking a Wound Care Specialist to work with clinicians in the Wound Clinic to assess and manage wound care for outpatients. The role focuses on nursing care, coordination of services, and determining equipment needs for advanced wound management.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN, CWCN certification, and an RN license in Washington, with 3–5 years of wound care experience in a hospital or home health setting and BLS current within 30 days of hire.

Qualifikationen

• BSN required.
• Successful completion of an accredited Wound Management Program.
• Three to five years' Wound Care experience in home health, hospital (acute or ICU) or other health care setting preferred.
• Washington State RN license required. Wound Care Nurse certification (CWCN) required. BLS within 30 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Olympic Medical Physicians clinicians to manage and treat wounds in the Wound Clinic.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; coordinate patient care.
• Identify patient needs for advanced wound care and equipment in outpatient settings.
