Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join our outpatient centers in Phoenix, focused on seniors (60+). This employed role emphasizes quality care with a supportive team and no weekend or extended hours.

The position offers a base salary plus a quality-based bonus, full malpractice tail coverage, medical benefits, CME, and PTO. Arizona licensure is required or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Arizona medical license active/non-probationary or ability to obtain one.
• Fellowship training in geriatrics welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients aged 60+ in our centers.
• Maintain small panel sizes to build relationships with patients.
• Leverage cloud EMR and a supportive care team to spend time with each patient.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required

• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure
