Health Plus New in Seminole, FL is seeking a full-time primary care physician to join our value-based practice. We focus on high-quality patient care with cost-efficiency and a strong support system that lets providers concentrate on medical care.

The role is outpatient, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm, with no holidays or weekends, average 12-16 patients per day, and competitive pay of 240k–300k per year plus full benefits and potential bonuses.

We are currently seeking a full-time, primary care physician to join our team in Seminole FL. Our medical practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care to our patients while maintaining cost-efficiency. As a company founded by physicians, we have established a robust support system that enables our providers to concentrate exclusively on patient care.

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm with rotating and flexible on-call schedules. There is an average daily volume of 12-16 patients. The practice uses eClinical Works and partnering programs for ease of use.

They emphasize continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, collaborating with patients and families to manage a Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities. Our integrated team-based approach aims to improve patient outcomes by addressing their needs and preferences.
