Job summary

VIPcare in Florida is seeking an experienced outpatient primary care physician to join a collaborative team and deliver compassionate, value-based care to a local community.

You’ll manage a small patient panel with no nights or weekends, enjoy comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, malpractice and DEA/license support, and a strong compensation package designed to reflect your expertise and impact.

What We Look For:

• Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida

• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care
