Job summary

IU Health West Urology is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our busy, procedure-focused urology practice in Indiana. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, providing exceptional patient care and supporting physicians and staff during in-office procedures.

Requires current Indiana RN license and BLS certification; ASN required with BSN preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with potential for four 10-hour shifts, and no nights, weekends, or on-call

Qualifications

• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; ambulatory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with in-office urology procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms and manage setup/teardown.
• Provide patient triage and clinical support via telephone and EHR.
• Conduct nursing visits and patient education related to procedures.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborate with the care team.
