Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Urgent Care clinics in Indiana. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care within a fast-paced, high-volume environment under the supervision of on-site providers.

You will perform triage, clinical assessments and assist in procedures, coordinating care across the continuum while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction. Ideal candidates hold an ASN (BSN preferred), an active Indiana RN license, and BLS certification, with 2+

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred; active RN license in Indiana.
• BLS certification required; additional life support per unit.
• 2+ years ambulatory setting experience; 1 year ER/UC triage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, provide and assist in evaluation of total patient care in collaboration with providers.
• Perform rapid patient triage, clinical assessments and support procedures.
• Coordinate care across care continuum and ensure timely execution of orders.
• Support direct patient care in clinic or telehealth settings and participate in quality improvement.
