Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation, documentation in EMR, and support of education needs and performance improvement initiatives. Requires Virginia RN license and BLS-HCP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing required.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure required.
