Griffin Hospital in Derby, CT is seeking a general outpatient urologist to join the Griffin faculty group. This role emphasizes clinic-based care, preventive services, and minor procedures with limited inpatient duties.

You will evaluate and treat UTIs, kidney stones, BPH, and incontinence, perform office-based procedures, and coordinate care with primary care and specialty colleagues in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board eligible/certified in Urology.
• Residency training in Urology required.
• State medical license required to practice in CT.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat UTIs, kidney stones, overactive bladder, BPH and related conditions.
• Perform office-based urologic procedures and minor in-office interventions.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians, gynecologists, oncologists and surgeons as needed.
• Provide preventive urologic care and patient counseling.
• Work in outpatient clinic or ambulatory care settings with limited inpatient duties.
