Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting in recruiting a full-time Urologist - Outpatient for Mattoon, Illinois.

The role offers a base compensation of $750,000 per year, plus production bonuses, with a dedicated mid-level support team and opportunities for regional expansion. The position requires MD/DO, Urology residency, BC/BE, active Illinois license and DEA registration, with a collaborative practice model and coverage schedule designed to ensure access.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Active BC/BE in Urology or immediate eligibility.
• Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility) and DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions for a regional patient base.
• Collaborate with the existing department infrastructure, including APPs.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to optimize access and coverage.
• Utilize modern surgical suites to capture outpatient surgery opportunities in nearby locations.
• Participate in a manageable call rotation with clinic and ED coverage, within bylaws.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for all visits and procedures.
