Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. in Lexington, MA is seeking a psychiatrist with a strong interest in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to join a growing multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct initial assessments (in person or telehealth), supervise the TMS technician, and coordinate care with referring clinicians to optimize patient outcomes. The ideal candidate may train in TMS or bring existing TMS experience, and can work a mix of in-person clinic days and telehealth.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible psychiatrist.
• Willingness to participate in TMS training and programs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to document medical necessity with AMD templates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor TMS progress and adjust protocols.
• Oversee the TMS technician and co-sign notes.
• Discharge summaries to referring clinicians.
• Represent the TMS program to internal and external clinicians.
