Job summary

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Adult and/or Child Psychiatrists to join our nationwide network. This role emphasizes outpatient care, with 80% TMS services and a mix of telemedicine and in-person visits to support flexible schedules.

We offer above-market compensation, a sign-on bonus, and a full benefits package including 401k with match and paid parental leave. Fully licensed psychiatrists are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more US states (BE/BC, unencumbered DEA).
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Administer medication management and psychotherapy as part of comprehensive treatment.
• Offer telemedicine and in-person visits with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with mid-levels and other clinicians to ensure quality patient care.
