Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services to lead our therapy team and ensure high-quality care for diverse patients. The role requires clinical excellence and a commitment to learning in an environment of chronic and critical illness across multiple locations.

The Manager will oversee department operations, coordinate therapy services, and provide direct patient care when needed, in adherence to state practice acts and PAM Health policies.

Qualifications

• Current license as PT, OTR, SLP, PTA or OTA in state where hospital resides required.
• OT strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical/patient care experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage therapy department operations, delivery and coordination of services.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities of the department.
• Provide direct patient care in inpatient/outpatient therapy settings as needed.
