Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont is seeking a Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services to lead the outpatient therapy department, drive referrals, and ensure high-quality, age-appropriate patient care.

The role combines clinical leadership, department management, direct patient care, and admissions/referral development, with a focus on growing the outpatient program through strong referral relationships and collaboration with hospital teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical professional in state where hospital resides (PT/OT/SLP/PTA/OTA).
• 3–5 years of clinical/patient care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient referral and admissions process.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, referral sources, and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase outpatient referrals and patient volume.
• Educate referral sources and patients on outpatient services.
• Coordinate therapy services per state practice acts and PAM Health policies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance, and department goals.
