Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana – North Campus is seeking a Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services to lead our therapy department and ensure high-quality patient care for diverse populations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient settings or a strong willingness to learn and grow within PAM Health.

Responsibilities include managing department operations, coordinating services, and providing direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient therapy

Qualifications

• Current license as PT, OTR, SLP, PTA or OTA in state where hospital resides required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical/patient care experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage therapy department operations, delivery and coordination of services in accordance with applicable practice acts and PAM Health policies.
• Provide direct patient care for populations served in inpatient/outpatient therapy settings.
