Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services in Las Vegas to lead and grow the outpatient therapy program. You will oversee admissions, coordinate referrals, and ensure high-quality, age-appropriate care through clinical leadership and department management.

The role combines direct patient care with administrative leadership, staff scheduling, and performance management to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapy professional required (PT/OT/SLP/PTA/OTA) in the hospital's state.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical/patient care experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient referral and admissions process.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Identify opportunities to increase outpatient referrals and patient volume.
• Oversee department operations, quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
