Job summary

The role supports OP Therapy leadership and collaborates with leadership to optimize patient flow and care delivery.

The position requires Hawaii licensure in PT/OT/SLP, current BLS, and at least two years of rehab therapy experience, plus supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Current State of Hawaii Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology Licensure.
• Current Hawaii BLS certification.
• Valid State of Hawaii driver’s license.
• Two years work experience as a Therapist in rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic staff and daily operations.
• Ensure quality, quantity and appropriateness of rehab services.
• Provide direct patient care within license scope.
• Develop strategies moving patients through rehab continuum (inpatient to outpatient).
• Address patient concerns and ensure safety and service quality.
