Brooks Rehabilitation seeks a skilled Center Manager and Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team in Daytona Beach, FL. The role combines clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and administrative leadership within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You will deliver evidence-based care across rehab diagnoses, mentor staff, and contribute to program development while working M-F, 40 hours/week at our Daytona clinic.

Qualifications

• Current PT license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.
• Administrative duties in clinic operations and engagement with the team.
