Brooks Rehabilitation in Daytona Beach is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team. You will evaluate new patients, tailor treatment plans, and help patients achieve functional goals in a patient-centered setting.

You will work with a collaborative team of clinicians, receive structured mentorship and access to residency/fellowship programs, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current PT license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs.
• Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Promote evidence-based patient care.
