Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington seeks a Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services to lead and grow the outpatient therapy program. This role combines clinical leadership, department management, direct patient care, and outpatient admissions/referral development.

Develop strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospital teams, patients, and community partners to convert referrals into admissions, while ensuring age-appropriate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current license as PT, OTR, SLP, PTA or OTA in state where hospital resides required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 3–5 years of clinical/patient care experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient referrals/admissions process and growth initiatives.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase outpatient therapy referrals and patient volume.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient therapy department.
• Coordinate therapy services per state practice acts and PAM Health policies.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and support staffing/scheduling.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and high-quality patient care.
