Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Hospital in Sewell, NJ is seeking a part-time Outpatient Therapy Aide to join a skilled pediatric team. You will support the outpatient rehabilitation department, prepare and sanitize rooms, manage supplies, and assist with clerical duties to aid therapists and patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Supports overall functioning of outpatient rehabilitation department.
• cleans and prepares treatment rooms before and after sessions.
• Maintains inventory and keeps stock areas organized.
• Disinfects equipment after treatment and files documents as needed.
• Assists with clerical tasks: phones, faxing, data entry, voicemails.
• Allocates treatment supplies and assists therapy team as needed.

POSITIONSUMMARY

• The rehabilitation aide supports the overallfunctioning of the outpatient rehabilitation department.
• Cleans and prepares treatment rooms before and aftersessions.
• Maintains inventory supplies. Keeps stock areas cleanand organized.
• Cleans and organizes work areas and disinfectsequipment after treatment.
• Arranges treatment supplies to keep them in order.
• Performs clerical functions including but not limitedto the following: photocopying, answering telephones, faxing, databaseinput, and voice mail operations.
• Creates, collects, and distributes any documents inassistance to the therapy team.
• Maintains cleaning, inventory, and equipment temperaturelogs.
• Performs other related job duties as assigned.

POSITIONQUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification
• Computer literate
