Qualificações

• Experience providing counseling and case management.

Responsabilidades

• Provides assessments and counseling (individual, group, family) per treatment plans.
• Manages caseload and required paperwork.
• Maintains timely communication with referral sources and stakeholders.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Performs duties as assigned.
