Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and individual, family, crisis, and group counseling.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure eligibility criteria are met.
• Manage caseload to ensure services are authorized and chart paperwork is up-to-date.
• Communicate with referral sources and advocate for individuals as needed.
• Develop individualized care plans based on individuals' strengths and needs.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary treatment team.
