Job summary

Tides of Mind Counseling seeks outpatient therapists to join our teams in Torrington, Thomaston, Middletown, and Waterbury, CT. We offer part-time or full-time roles with flexible schedules and opportunities for telehealth.

Candidates must hold an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license; 2+ years of clinical experience is preferred. You will conduct assessments, provide CBT/DBT-based therapy, and maintain compliant documentation in a warm, community-focused setting.

Tides of Mind Counseling is looking for Outpatient Therapists to join our teams in Torrington, Thomaston, Middletown, and Waterbury, CT! We're open to those seeking either part-time or full-time positions.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's needs
• Track patient progress and treatment outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
