Few positions offer the combination of intensive trauma experience, weekly individual supervision, and advanced clinical training available in this role. Working within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), therapists gain experience serving some of the community's most vulnerable individuals while receiving ongoing mentorship in Polyvagal, Somatic, Ego State, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches, with potential opportunities for EMDR training.

Designed for clinicians seeking to deepen their trauma expertise, strengthen clinical confidence, and accelerate professional growth, this opportunity provides a level of mentorship and clinical development rarely available in traditional outpatient settings. Training supports professional growth and advanced clinical skill development and does not confer certification in any modality.

$3,000 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position!!! (Bonuses are paid half after 90 days of employment and half after 180 days of employment.)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Provide individual, family and group therapy to children and adults on an outpatient basis.
• Both mental health and addictions treatment will be included.
• Position also provides clinical assessment, crisis intervention and treatment services to assigned outpatient populations to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.

Qualifications

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

• Preference given for those with a Master's degree in Social Work with an LSW or LCSW. Applicants with an LMFT or LMHC are also considered.
• Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
• Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
