We are currently hiring a per diem Outpatient Therapist at Fremont Hospital!
The Outpatient Therapist will provide therapeutic services to patients in a variety of formats including individual, group, and family therapies to address a range of mental health and emotional needs. The Therapist is a part of the multidisciplinary team of outpatient services reporting to the program manager. They carry a caseload, facilitate groups, and conduct individual therapy using a combination of evidence-based treatment interventions consistent with research findings, education, training, and experience. They exercise sound judgment and clinical excellence and sustain therapeutic alliance and patient satisfaction.
Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care.

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling psychology, psychology, or related field required. Direct clinical experience in a psychiatric, mental health, or a comparable setting preferred. CA state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) or Associate License required.
