Job summary

Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide age-appropriate psychotherapy and assist with discharge planning. You will document therapy and coordinate care with families and referral sources.

Join a team delivering outpatient services across the Florida Panhandle and contributing to a comprehensive behavioral health program in a 86-bed facility in Panama City and for outpatients in Pensacola.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other Human Service field.
• LMHC, LCSW or LMFT preferred; actively working toward licensure.
• Ability to work at Pensacola Outpatient Center, Florida
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document age/population specific psychotherapy and social services.
• Assist family members and referral sources with continuum of care from admission to discharge.
• Provide care coordination and discharge planning support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to support patient progress.
