Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Licensed Counselor to perform initial behavioral health assessments and collaborate with clients on treatment planning. You will provide individual, family, and/or group counseling and meet clients regularly to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

As our Therapist, you will conduct the initial behavioral health assessment and engage the client in development of a treatment plan noting their strengths, challenges, and support systems. You will meet with the client regularly, providing individual, family, and/or group counseling. and regularly assess their strengths and mental health treatment needs.
