Job summary

Behavioral Healthcare Partners is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults in Central Ohio. You’ll provide therapy, support recovery, and help clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

You will conduct individual, group, and family counseling, perform assessments, coordinate crises, and maintain documentation while collaborating with schools, hospitals, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LSW or LPC license.
• Bachelor's degree with an acceptable entry-level license or master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and telehealth counseling.
• Conduct behavioral health and risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.
• Connect clients with community resources and coordinate transitions of care.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Valid Ohio LSW or LPC license
• Bachelor's degree with an acceptable entry-level license or master's degree in social work or counseling
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred:

• LISW or LPCC
• One to three years of behavioral health therapy experience
• Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
• Experience with evidence-based treatment and crisis intervention
