Clear Behavioral Health in Redondo Beach, CA seeks an associate therapist to provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults with co-occurring disorders. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, collaborative care, and a client-centered approach.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, on-site, with supervision included. Requirements include a Master's degree and current licensed status (AMFT/LMFT/LPCC, etc.), plus at least one year of relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Hold a Master’s degree.
• A minimum of 1 year’s clinical experience, focusing on adult mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy to clients.
• Lead group psychotherapy sessions, developing topics based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Manage and deliver up to 25 client-facing service hours per week, with up to 15 hours allocated for administrative and non-billable duties.
• Responsible for the therapeutic care of clients from admission through discharge.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and Crisis Safety Plans for all at-risk teen and adult clients.
• May be expected to support additional programs or tracks, either remotely or at locations within driving distance.
