Job summary

Northern Pines Mental Health Center is seeking a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join our Outpatient Team. Travel to other outpatient offices in Central Minnesota may be required.

The role involves facilitating individual, group, family, and crisis therapies, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for both adults and children with mental health needs. A licensed state credential and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences or closely related field.
• Valid MN license in behavioral health without restrictions (LICSW/LPCC/LP/LMFT/NP) or training track.
• Experience with adults and children with mental illness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empirically supported psychotherapy competencies.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and co-facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapies.
• Provide intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and updates to evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete crisis intervention services as needed.
• Coordinate with schools, social services, and community partners.
