Job summary

Catholic Charities West Michigan is seeking a qualified therapist to provide direct therapy, counseling, and educational services within the Behavioral Health program. The role includes delivering therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, as well as outpatient sexual abuse prevention treatment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience, with bilingual skills preferred. The position offers a competitive annual salary with a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in therapy or related role preferred.
• State of Michigan certifications or licensure as specified.
• Certification as a Sex Offender Treatment Specialist preferred.
• MCBAP CAADC Development Plan if providing Substance Use Disorder Services required.
• Bilingual; Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, psycho-educational services, and psychotherapy.
