Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred.
• Licensure required: LISW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individual clients or groups.
• Assist the care team in developing and modifying treatment plans.
• Conduct intake for service recipients and explain services.
• Conduct assessments and write assessment summaries.
• Assist clients with linkages to resources outlined in treatment plans.
• Maintain contact with referral sources and provide updates on client progress.
• Assist clients in discharge planning and follow-up services.
• Provide clinical supervision to students or staff.
• Monitor urinalysis, breathalyzer, and other testing as assigned.
