Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system delivering care that changes lives. This role provides therapy to clients with behavioral health needs, develops and adjusts treatment plans, and conducts intake and assessments to ensure appropriate services.

The position includes coordinating with the care team, supporting discharge planning, and supervising practicum students and staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LISW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC) required.
• Experience with behavioral health therapy and crisis management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals or groups.
• Assist in creating, updating, and modifying treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments and ensure informed consent and signatures.
• Coordinate with care team and resources for client progress and discharge planning.
• Provide supervision to practicum students and staff as assigned.
• Monitor testing and safety protocols as assigned.
