Pathways Inc. is seeking compassionate Outpatient Therapists to provide quality behavioral health services in Grayson, KY. Whether pursuing associate or independent licensure, you will join a supportive team focused on growth and meaningful impact.

Formación
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Nursing.
- Associate or Independent Kentucky licensure.
- Supervision requirements as per licensing board.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload.
- Complete Diagnostic Screening Assessments.
- Conduct initial and annual Health Assessments.
- Develop individualized Treatment Plans and Reviews.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation.
