Job summary

COPE Community Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional for an in-person position at our outpatient clinic in Arizona.

You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate cases, and provide counseling within a collaborative team environment. As a valued team member, you will review clinical documents, serve as a clinical consultant, and advance towards independent licensure with licensure reimbursement and supervision support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field.
• Must be actively engaged in the licensure process and licensed within six months of hire by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Coordinate cases and provide counseling.
• Review and sign clinical documents as a Behavioral Health Professional.
