Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services in Prescott Valley seeks a Lead Licensed Therapist to provide both clinical treatment (75%) and clinical staff supervision (25%) in an outpatient setting. You will conduct screening, assessment, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, and individual and group counseling for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Reports to Program Director. This full-time, in-office position offers hybrid scheduling and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Behavioral Health plus 1–2 years of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Licensed by AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LISAC).
• Independent license preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona DPS or eligible to receive upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention and counseling to adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders (outpatient).
• Lead clinical staff supervision through individual and group staff meetings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment programs and activities.
• Report to Program Director and monitor service delivery.
