Job summary

Charter Oak Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our IOP/PHP program in Covina, California. This full-time, 8-hour AM shift position offers a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with pay ranges for BBS registration and licensure.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapies and contribute to treatment planning and discharge planning with a focus on patient recovery. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, active BBS

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field required.
• BBS Registration (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, AMFT, ASW, or APCC) required.
• Current BLS for healthcare provider card upon hire.
• Therapeutic Options training to be obtained prior to direct patient care.
• If you currently have an Associate license such as ASW/APCC, supervision for BBS licensure is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family therapies using various professional treatment modalities.
• Participates in the formulation of patient's treatment plans, goals and objectives.
• Develops and coordinates an individualized discharge plan for the patient by utilizing treatment team and written chart information to determine the patient's aftercare needs.
• Accesses by phone or written correspondence family or community resources to meet aftercare needs.

BBS Registration $30.00-$36.00

BBS License $36.00-$43.00

• Provides individual, group, and family therapies using various professional treatment modalities

• If you currently have an Associate license such as ASW, APCC We offer clinical supervision for BBS hour accrual towards licensure
