Job summary

Amethyst Consulting & Treatment Solutions, PLLC in Greensboro, NC invites an experienced Outpatient Therapist to provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families across community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, with flexibility to work in-office, at home, or in the community.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or counseling, 2 years post-master’s experience, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related service field.
• 2 years of post-master’s clinical experience in mental health.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with DSM-V diagnoses.
• Strong documentation and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work across various settings (office, home, community).
• Basic computer skills and EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver urgent care and crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and external partners to coordinate care.
• Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Participate in supervision, staff development, and quality assurance.
• Manage insurance panels and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Assess client progress and coordinate supports as needed.
