Job summary

Amethyst Consulting & Treatment Solutions, PLLC in the United States is seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families across office, home, and community settings.

You will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, while coordinating care with the clinical team, primary care partners, and insurance panels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• 2 years of post-master's clinical experience in mental health.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with DSM-V diagnoses.
• Strong documentation and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work across office, home, and community settings.
• Basic computer skills and EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Deliver urgent care and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical team, PCPs, and external partners.
• Complete documentation within 24 hours of service.
• Participate in supervision, staff development, and QA activities.
• Manage insurance panels and ensure compliance.
• Assess progress and coordinate additional supports.
