Job summary

HumanWorks Collective LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to join our outpatient team in North Carolina. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans to support clients’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of outpatient therapy experience.
• Experience must include providing billable therapy services, completing assessments, treatment planning, and maintaining clinical documentation.
• Must meet NC DHHS requirements for outpatient therapy.
• Must be eligible for credentialing with NC Medicaid and local MCOs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning when needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with NC DHHS and Medicaid/MCO regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate care with internal providers and community partners to support continuity of services.
